How do I order?
All you need to do is contact me through an email, phone call, or text. I will get back to you as soon as I am able (usually within 24 hours). Contact me here
What do I need to know before placing a custom order?
Before placing a custom order, I recommend you have a good idea of what you like. A good way to do this is to do some online research, look at photos of other items or in my gallery and find characteristics that you like about them. IE what type of tooling, colors, and other design aspects you prefer.
How will I receive my item?
If you are unable to pick up the item directly, I do offer shipping. (There will be an added shipping charge)
How do I pay for my item?
For custom orders I require a 50% down payment (non-refundable) in order to add you to my books. This down payment will be put toward the supplies needed to make your item. The other 50% will be paid after I have completed your project, but before it is shipped or at the time of pick up. This final payment might also include shipping costs if you have requested it be shipped to you.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept checks, cash, and PayPal. I hope to expand my payment option to include cards soon so stay tuned for that change.
